Vitor V. Curtis received the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in electronic engineering and computer science from the Brazilian Aeronautics Institute of Technology (ITA), 2013 and 2018, respectively. In 2017, he was a Visiting Scholar with the Viterbi School of Engineering, University of Southern California (USC) under the supervision of Prof. V. K. Prasanna. Since 2018, he has been an Assistant Professor with the Computer Science Division, Department of Computer Systems, ITA. His research interests include high-performance computing, mathematical optimization, and algorithms.
